Sky Sports called my bluff
Martins was on about 10 fouls there.
What would you have done given the difficult situation at halftime?
dumbass decision by meme manager. He is the management equuvalent of Fred on this showing. Ronaldo did not look happy being subbed.
your post said “I’m done” but I’ve stumbled across some of your other hysterical posts so seems as though you like the drama
as above.
Well half our players out there are defenders...Ball lands to 2 defenders. Just our luck. FFS.
I am relaxing, there is barca Bayern latter. Should be fun.It is either heaven or hell. Either world beaters or League 2 team.
People need to relax.
This is a really bad performance. I don’t expect us to dominate with a man down, but this is actually really bad. We can’t do anything?
Having vastly superior players and scraping a win in a game where the team seem devoid of any tactical nouse doesn't make you a genius...it makes you lucky.
No it’s not. Nobody is saying we should be battering them with ten men. It’s not hard to understand really. It's the implied belief that we should batter this team and when we're not all toys come out the pram.
That would be possible if our players know how to pass to keep possession. Our midfielders don’t know how to control possession.True. But that's no excuse. United should be able to play much better against Young Boys with one player less.
Agree with this. Ah wellI've been surprised by the subs, tbh.
I was hoping we'd initially bring Varane on for Sancho, and move Lindelof to RB. And maybe Matic for VDB to play alongside Fred - with Pogba, Ronaldo and Fernandes left to attack. Then switch some of them for the likes of Greenwood and Lingard later in the game.
I didn't expect us to completely nullify our attacking threat and look to cling on for 1-0, then 1-1.
It was a difficult situation, but I really don't think the right calls have been made.
Not completely sacrifice any shape or hope of keeping the ball to defend a one goal lead for 45 minutes against a team of the quality of Young Boys? What would you have done given the difficult situation at halftime?
im struggling to think of a more timid display by another team that went down to 10 men
It is bloody basic. He is playing pragmatic with a team of stars. The Ole pirists
Keep the midfield as is or even change Donny for Matic. Definitely not revert to 3 CBs and give them free license to attack us at will by being totally overrun in that area of the pitch...but that's just me of course.
Eh? Since when has that been the definition of pragmatism?I wouldn't call that the pragmatic option. Pragmatic means playing to our strengths to see out the game. Unless you think our biggest strength is our ability to park the bus which reflects back pretty badly on Ole in itself.
you're a FIFA player, so you know how this ends.
Lindelof to dribble round the entire YB squad and score a skill goal.

We will, relax. Can't believe it took us one game to repeat the Instanbul and PSG red card fiascos.
Hopefully 3rd time is the charm for learning.
You have to qualify from this group
And who will take a penalty if we win one now?
it's not arrogance - it's questioning very poor decision making by a very weak, inexperienced manager
Calling a spade as spade. Ole has gone competely bonkers. It is just a mad gamble he seems to be taking here. Some of you lot need to seriously calm down. I feel we could be doing a lot better and have my doubts about Ole but some of the vitriol on here is ridiculous.
This was for the freekick that landed in the oppo's box.Well half our players out there are defenders...
When will all the fans realize ole is now holding back a very good team, can see us not qualifying out of the group stage again at this rate if we can't beat the worst team in it.
Martial? Why have we brought on Lingard when Martial and Greenwood are surely a better option to lead the line and maybe snatch a goal?
Really strange one to me.
