The quality we have behind that front three is horrendous, absolutely shocking. Yes, the pitch is really bad, but I sit here just baffled at how poor some of these players look. Lindelof is shitting his pants at every opportunity and gives away so many unnecessary fouls - pretty much giving Yeovil the only chance of scoring. I wouldn't care at all if none of them were at the club at the start of next season.

Having said all that, I can't stand the way Sanchez' wages seem to be the only thing MATCH commentators are able to talk about.

Once Keown was in a studio with Lampard and Rio. He was acting all smug telling that not many people like him won it 5 times at OT during their career, Lampard said nothing but smiled.

The host noted that actually won it 6 times and they all started to laugh at him
Throughout the whole thing, you could see he was the laughing stock

He is incredibly dull but the other man ( cannot remember his name) just praised Sanchez fairly, saying that with everything said in th press, the wait etc etc... he has impressed him

Yea heard it, even surprised that Tyler didnt have a dig at us about money, remember last season in one game he used " they throw money at their problems " several times during the match. Wonder is he different when commenting on Sky vs other channels.

Not surprised Jose is keen to get into the dressing room quickly, we've been pretty average. McTominay the best of a bad bunch.

I'm very glad Rashford got a goal, hopefully that helps his confidence. However, second half I'd play Sanchez wide right, move Marcus wide left and sub Lukaku on for Mata to play up top. We look a little lost without the target man to work off.

PS) I wish I could mute Martin Keown. He really hates Alexis and Man Utd.
PPS) Romero is nowhere near a top Premier League keeper. If we lost DeGea we'd be f'd.

It’s good for Lukaku to get a free est though

Defending those long hoofs has been comical at times. Darmian and Lindelof are two of the worst headers of the ball going. That’s plenty of joy for Yeovil down that left side. Herrera, Carrick and Mctom passing not good at all.

Relax, these players have been sitting on the bench for a long time. Not easy to come in to a horrendous pitch in an away match against a team who are really up for it.

    Boys among a man.
    Alexis should practice with Mata

Poor game from Mata, McTominay, Herrera, Darmian, Lindelof and Rojo. It doesn't look like 4-3-3. Tactical mess it is, especially in central midfield.
Herrera seems scared to do anything other than pass the ball backwards or sideways. Recycling possession is useful against difficult opposition, but against Yeovil Town? Strange to see how much he has regressed.

Jose, please sub Alexis for someone else. He is trying too hard, and it is not worth having him play in such a bad pitch.

You know who I wish was commentating tonight?
    Jimmy Armfield
    A legend

Martin Keown isn’t fit to lace Jimmy’s boots

Giving a fair and normal assessment feels like a miracle on TV these days, they are all so quick to have their "shocking" stances

In his career he was better with more goals and assists on the right wing according to opta stats posted a few days ago.

He can play anywhere along the front line to be fair. Surprised that his best stats came from starting on the right though.

Co-commenators get too personal now. They are supposed to give insight, yet cannot stay neutral and let their bias get in the way. I would rather they now went back to one commentator.

I really hope settling in won't shock him too much.

I really hope that his aura rubs off rest of them, instead of him after few good games merging into out of idea play in final third what we saw before he joined.

yeah because we were more used to seeing him on the right in his most recent years but back in Italy and Barca I believe he had more joy out on the right. Also, Wenger said he liked him better out their but I guess they needed him more on the left because of their squad

We need to avoid injuries in this game. Way too physical and the pitch is something.

Sanchez is going to be a gem in this team. Once he gets into full flow, he will be a massive asset. I can already see what he can bring into the team.

One player I don't want to come on is Matic. He definitely needs a rest.

LVG and Mourinho have completely brainwashed him to the point he forgot his natural game. Isn't he hugging the right wing tonight? On my stream it looked that way.

Isn't the main commentator the guy who used to work on MUTV?

You get the slight sense he thinks Keown is talking shit too.
