If we do not show the right attitude and mentality, we will lose this one. This would also show why this team probably will not finish 4th as Liverpool are just 1 point behind and the players are unable to handle pressure and get the job done. Constant and consistent theme of this club and players for almost a decade.

Please just finish 4th. Not too much to ask after being comfortable for most of the season. Just give me the last 5 matches without the added stress.

Last couple of weeks haven't been nice to us. I'd say after Everton (H) we've been struggling to control the games as we wanted.

Especially away games have been horrible to watch recently. I hope we don't throw away our comfortable lead in top 4 race in the last part of the season because we love to put ourselves into difficult positions.

With Liverpool maintaining a winning streak, this feels like a must win even if it's not. We need to treat every single remaining game of the season like a final and try to win them all. Our approach is vital IMO and we shouldn't depend on other results.

I don't want to see us in Europa League next season. Let's see if our mentality has changed from 15/16 in the very same fixture where we crumbled under pressure and missed top 4.

One win from Brighton or West Ham should have been enough to secure top 4 so three points here will seal it only needing two more wins.

Just bought a ticket last minute sat in the West Ham end. Did the same last year and it was glorious.

I’d definitely take a draw today. Our home form would be enough to carry us over the line.

that said, I thought we would lose to Brighton, and we did, and I reckon we will win today so, maybe? Just maybe?

It’s only natural to acknowledge the likelihood of a tough away game coming at a time when we’re struggling for goals a bit. It’s not as if posters on a forum can do anything about it but Liv are only a point behind us now.

Being gloomy won’t solve it but when I see posts saying “we’ll smash em” or stats about how many away games we’ve won and how many games West Ham have lost, it makes me wonder if people actually watch the football matches.
Well, they’re a point behind but have played two games more. So our position is not so unremittingly terrible as some would have you believe.

They’re just selling them on West Ham’s website. Always tickets going even for the huge matches. That stadium is too big for them.
Cheers for the heads up, just bought a couple. Bought them but can't see how I get in - is a barcode/QR code sent?

Give them a call and they’ll email the tickets. Or collect them from a ticket office prior to kick off. For some reason they don’t send the tickets when you book only a confirmation.

Absolutely a must win game. No excuses today. Eventually you have to win an away game!

We have won plenty of away games.

Not against anyone in any sort of form. That needs to change. We need a top performance and to see out the game today to prove to ourselves we can do it.

Another loss would be a disaster and heaps the pressure on. The away form isn’t good enough and it’s absolutely fine to acknowledge that.

Very nervous about Eriksen in midfield and I can't see much threat offered by Weghorst up front. He will be useful for defending set pieces against a Moyes side though so I see the logic, and Martial has hardly set the world alight. Role on the summer to get a no. 9.

At least Garnacho makes the bench. That’s huge. The less said about his giant love child upfront the better
