We pinned them in their own box most of the game, were playing against the ref who denied at the very least 1 blatant penalty, hit the post, had numerous shots on target and their goal was a lucky deflection. Far from a great display by us but fecking hell we would have been robbed if they scored that pen. And to call the subs poor when one of them rescued the game?!

We got away with one there. Not a convincing performance and at least one of Ronaldo’s ‘penalties’ was a penalty. DeGea wiped that smug grin off Moyes mush. Yeah, when Matic made a slide rule pass to Lingard who then cut inside and rifled one into the top corner, I was thinking “poor subs Ole”A league with top players and top managers but absolutely sh*te referees. At no point watching that game did I think West Ham deserved anything from the game but I did think we'd left it too late after not putting away our chances.
