The balance is all wrong across the entire pitch.

For example; space is tight in the PL. Often you only have 1 second worth of space to make a play. Having a right footer at left back who has to cut inside is a waste and an immediate surrender of attacking advantage. We should be playing Rojo at left back. It's easy to defend against Young on the right let alone the left.

This sort of thing can be said for all positions across the pitch. Maguire right footer at LCB. The list goes on.
