We need to get out of the mindset that we're challenging for ANYTHING this season-we're not. Unless we settle on a working tactic then forget getting excited about new players coming in because they will struggle the same as the ones already in our first team.
The best teams in the world have a settled tactic and style of play and then buy players that slot into that system.
