Also does more defensively, wins more aerials etc.

Pereira is a harder worker outperforming both Mata and Lingard, despite mostly playing on the right while they've played in the middle. Get over it

He did ok against Leicester I felt. But overall he's been really poor though. All 3 of them have been.

so same 11 as last week when the predictions were we would be thrashed?
Yep. Everyone knows our team is crap yet it's a shock every week because we don't suddenly have a team of world class players and it's "on Ole" if we lose.

Of course he'll get 0 credit if we win from those lot. Fairweathers.

I mean sure, he's hardly been a world beater himself its just Mata and Lingard are poor performers. At least Pereira is winning the ball, winning freekicks and had a nice cross to set up a goal. Mata and Lingard have nothing to mention

Would be delighted with a win from this, but I honestly think we'll do well to get a draw. Can't see too much creativity from our midfield and we aren't particularly dangerous from set pieces, so I don't see where the goals will come from. We're relying on James and Rashford to capitalise on a mistake or get a goal from nothing.

My head says a 1-1 scoreline, or maybe even a 0-0.

Matic over Fred is the biggest joke. Ole's team selections leave so much to be desired
This post is a 'joke'. If Fred played well at any time I'd agree with you but he is a master at misplacing passes and giving the ball away. All I've seen him do is shoot from range which he's only half decent at, I see no other attribute he's better than Matic at apart from pace maybe.

im honestly okay with any team as long as lingard doesn't start in it. Hope periera isnt useless today. Ole has put a lot of faith in him.

Haller is another one of those massively overrated strikers. The caf wanted us to sign him.. Watch him do feck all today.

    Blimey don’t jinx it man

I expect the defense to be good. In attack, we might strugle a bit but one or two goals should be enough to win this.

every time I see Young in our starting line-up, it ruins my day. when will it end? biggest club in the world and we play a failed winger at fullback

Hope so. I think he's going to target Lindelof.

We have 1 fit striker in the entire squad, Young should be the least of your worries.

Who else would you play? Rojo? Dalot? Both played on thursday and really arent match fit yet.

Tbf, almost every player starting today are on Pereira lecel
    .
No. the back line is fine, McT has been really good, same like James, Rash has been below par but is on another level of pereira...

I’m curious as to whether Ole is to get no negativity if our crap team lose but he should get credit if same crap team win?

fans should really try and go into a game with some positivity - leave the moaning until a performance warrants it

    we've no idea what's ahead.....

we've no idea if our players will step up
we've no idea how West Ham willl perform
we thought Leicester would beat us

yes this post could come back to bite me on the ass but we've no control over it.....just let it happen and don't get to upset if we play shite......my tip for a happier life during our transition

sorry I forgot you were the all-knowing emperor... so our football has been brilliant this calendar year and the results even better?
Have I said that? It's every other post with you though.

The bigger concern is that Shaw is barely any better if at all.

yup... such brilliance in the transfer window to not replace the forwards we sold. but it is so often Young who makes a horrible mistake and so often him who gives the ball away. and as for his corners... well, I presume he doesn't now what colour shirts we are wearing on any given day
