How is Noble not off?

English players (whether they are class or mediocre) hardly get punished for their actions on the pitch. It’s exactly why English footballers consistently get away with garbage performances. Very rarely any accountability whatsoever.

Wow, that is one of the most embarrassing things I have ever seen. Noble goes full charge on Pogba with pace, yet Pogba doesn’t move an inch. He then manages to put his fingers in Pogba’s face, massaging and gauging him a bit, yet Pogba is still standing still. What on earth is he trying to do? Noble, time to lift some weights and grow a pair, that was truly shameful for mankind.
