Sure you tards will get your knickers in a twist but we probably should have got ahead of the fan rush.

These things happen, there's a lot of clubs with unpleasant fans. Millwall always used to rock up and do this shit
So you mean Cockneys Neanderthals? Yeah that's what people are saying.

Is there any reason in particular that the West Ham fans are doing this? Or are they just up for a random bit of violence and vandalism?

The only positive is that I'm taking mrs chorley out for a birthday dinner, and now may catch the end of the match.

That is some proper dedication towards the wife there mate, I would have taken her to the McDonals drive-through and rushed home for kickoff.

The FA should make West Ham start the season behind closed doors next season. Will be a good start with their brand new stadium and all.

How are we being blamed for this, what a fecking farce. Maybe the Jews should have stayed out of Germany in 1940 if they didn't want to get gassed. I'm absolutely livid at the apologists for this disgrace from West Ham, they should be docked points for this.

Shocking of us not to arrive in a riot van, really letting the West Ham fans down.

I'd have faked dysentery and ordered in but I guess that's why I'm single, among other things.

I can't believe we are being victim-blamed. This doesn't happen with any other unacceptable football-hooligan type behaviour. Can you imagine if fans set off flares and the authorities blamed it on the firework factory for making them?

Agree 100% Penna - all teams/fans hate us because we're the most successful team in England.

Sullivan: "There was congestion in the street and they couldn't get the coach in. There were people around the coach, but there was no attack on the coach.

"If you check the coach there won't be any damage to it. If we arrived late at Old Trafford they wouldn't put the kick-off back."

    Utter cnut.

It really is beyond pathetic, never seen so much shite talked, especially from their club officials!

Always hated going there for games, glad it's the last game the place is a shit hole and full of cnuts

Smalling while the bus was being smashed.

    :lol::lol::lol: What a troll.

    Is that you Ken?

Manchester United arrived late, as they did for the recent London game at Tottenham, and were met by thousands of West Ham United fans thronging around near the entrance to the stadium as kick-off.

It was then that the attack on the team coach, as confirmed by United captain Wayne Rooney, took place.

United's goalkeepers are only just coming out to warm up and how this latest delayed arrival, and the chaos that greeted it, affects their preparation remains to be seen - what is certain is that some of the behaviour of supporters outside have taken the edge of the celebratory tone of the occasion.

    Gets it right!

    Somebody not overreacting there.

Seriously, has the closure of a stadium ever been mourned like this by the media before? I don't remember Highbury getting this intense type of treatment, or even the original Wembley. This love-fest has been going on all season, but it's just getting worse.

If we win I'm really worried about our players at the end 'cause their fans will invade the pitch and who knows what else they have in mind!?

West Ham fans in being cnuts shocker.

Doesn't really suit the narrative though.

Sorry if it's already been asked and answered but why is it delayed ?
Just look at last few pages. Plenty of pics and videos of our coach being smashed up by West Ham fans. Our club secretary requested that we get our usual preparation time and they agreed so kick-off has been pushed back.

David Sullivan (West Ham owner) blames us completely and says if people look at the coach they'll see no damage.

If this was your favourite club, Barca, which you have supported for the last 84 years, they would have gotten the PL handed to them, all ticket income from WHU matches for 30 years forwards and consolidary ice-cream from UEFA.

Hopefully the incident has wound the players up for the match in a way the manager never could.

Stan Collymore said that last night, said it was over the top. They did win us our only World Cup I suppose.

If the very real possibillity of a CL spot being in our grasp wasn't motivation enough for our players, then surely having their coach smashed up would have done the trick. Expecting our lads to go out there an batter 'em tonight.

    Come on you reds!!

Slight overreaction on the first part but agree with the second

The bus shouldn't have been made up like that...all that privacy glass tempting those poor Hammer's fans. They only wanted to see inside.
