Just knew as soon as Sessegnon struck that it was going to be one of those nights.

Still not convinced Jones is actually a professional footballer ...

Don't deserve to be losing imo

Herrera has stunk up the place. Shaw has been awful. Januzaj has been poor too. RVP has been decent and ADM again our best player. Falcao and Carrick for Januzaj and Herrera please.

I don't think we've been bad at all. West brom have defended well and created 1 half chance which was finished off brilliantly. We've had chances but havent converted.

Lots and lots and LOTS off pass and move. I mean compared the the static zombie stuff we're used to it is nice but it's a bit mindless. Everytime a player passes the ball he makes a blind run into the box.

Don't understand the hate. Decent 1st half performance, players need to stop having brain farts. Game is there for the taking. Oh, and Van Persie needs to stop being so selfish and sluggish.

We've controlled things fine and I expect us to score so it's in the balance.

Rojo needs to get used to these away games and fast. Shaw and Herrera have been sloppy and Van Persie has destroyed the majority of attacks with simply shite play.

Di Maria has been good so far, but we need to involve Adnan and Rafa a little more.

    Here's hoping.

Mata off for Falcao, move Januzaj in number 10 because were getting nothing on that right hand side, let Rafael burst down there

I really wish sometimes someone, anyone, would just hit it when in a good position in the final third. We are fartarsing around in a game we are behind in.

    Falcao on please.

RvP needs to disappear for a few months. He's seriously starting to piss me off.

Falcao on, tell Januzaj to get into the game more.

I didn't post that. I posted "not sure if serious?".

Because his positional play has been one of his most positive points. Now obviously you, being as enlightened as you are, have given your opinion, which I was curious about.

    Pretty straight forward.
    Dont waste your time mate.

It is time for LVG and team to start showing results.
    No CL no distractions.
More than ample time to implement his so called "philosophy".

After 3 months, if you are not slightly concerned , god knows what will happen when we face chelsea or mancity.

Janujaz does not look very good at all.

He's still suffering the after affects of the Moyes lurgy, he got it later than most of the team so it makes sense he hasn't recovered yet.

Very predictable with our passing. The minute we get into dangerous areas, the passing doesn't look half as comfortable.

I'd attempt to draw West Brom on more, because right now they're very comfortable, and finding it easy to keep their shape.

United are way to reliant on Di Maria to create anything. Mata and Januzaj have not been good enough and RVP's only useful if he's having chances made for him these days and he missed a good chance after their goal. Really need to improve in the second half.

There is no balance in the side - the way they create chances against us is ridiculous. And let's throw in crosses against Lescott and Dawson - if this had happened a year ago, Moyes would have been ridiculed
Except this time it actually gets in the 6 yard box rather than hit the first defender and go out for a throw in.

Take out one of Mata or Januzaj and bring in Falcao and please go back to 4-4-2 diamond. We dont need wingers.
We probably do in this game as it's so compact in the middle, that last attack showed how hard it was to pass it through. A wide 442 diamond like we have played at times would be good though.

The ball always ends up going to the side and the only danger we have is di Maria's crosses. Mata is a walking trash can tonight and I'm not liking what I see from Herrera and Januzaj a lot either. RVP is moving into free spaces, but once he has the ball, he looks like a deer in headlights.

Where is our attack through the middle, where is our sense of urgency going forward?!? Play always gets slowed down when something looks promising by us passing sideways.

Fair enough, I'd have thought no one would actually think I'm being serious, mind.

I know you're not serious, just I've seen incidences in the past where people take offence to that sort of stuff. Don't want to look like I'm playing mod or anything though, just thought it might be seen as offensive.

Why is Januzaj playing like the polar opposite to his style last year? He used to take people on immediately, run the wings and really get involved with play.

Di Maria and Rojo are the only real highlights of the half for us, RvP is so laboured, Mata and Shaw have contracted onefootitis, Jones is a menace to us and Shaw has looked devoid of ideas.

We weren't shocking, but I'm completely let down. I really thought that Everton win would spark us into life but it seems to be the same old shite.

Mata needs to be taken off at half time
Classic overreaction. He hasn't looked that involved, but from what I've seen, the whole team looks a bit off the pace (particularly Herrera.) RVP has also looked ponderous on the ball. But yeah let's sub Mata at halftime...

What do you want from rvp?Today he is our best player. He will score

Don't understand the hate. Decent 1st half performance, players need to stop having brain farts. Game is there for the taking. Oh, and Van Persie needs to stop being so selfish and sluggish.

I'm surprised after 10 years here that you're not used to the inevitable kneejerk hating that goes on at the Caf every time we're not winning :)

Rvp cant hold up the ball. Januzaj is too late to release it. Rvp is also being very selfish. Some of the misplaced passes are really bad. They created one chance and scored a really good goal. We have dominated since. If we get the correct substitutions then we can still win this.

I haven't got a clue what the tactics or this formation is about, but its absolute cack.

We've gone from having a good midfield trio of Blind/Herrera/Di Maria, to a midfield one of Blind, with Herrera playing some sort of false second striker crap with Mata, and Di Maria shunted out wide on the wing.

It doesn't held that we're carrying the ball out of defense at the speed of a terminally ill snail either.

Doom and gloom. How can it not be? Our 2 hardest games of the season are back to back right after this one and we're squandering our only chance to give ourselves a bit of a cushion to fall on. Let's not kid ourselves, getting a point from both Chelsea and City would be a miracle, it's games like this that decide whether we'll get top 4 or not. Really, really hope van Gaal stresses that.

I don't get why we suddenly switched to this 4-3-3. The RVP/Januzaj axis is very toothless and our long balls are awful to watch.

I know Adnan lack games but even last season after missing few games,on comeback he had that spark,he looked a bit flat in this half.

Got to go 442 now. Mata off for falcao please
