McFred it is! In fact, we will play the same team again. We could lose by more than 5 goals and Maguire Shaw would still be nailed on starters.

I can see this being a cagey affair. 0-0. Actually we don't do clean sheets, so maybe 1-1

Players I want to see -

Cavani, DvB, lingard, telles, bailly, sancho

    The reality -

    Mcfred, Shaw, maguire, rashford, ronaldo.

Is it just me or has Bruno been absolutely useless for the last 2 months ?

A very rare occasion where we have a whole week to prepare and our opponents have a midweek game. That won’t have happened too often under Solskjaer with our frequent deep cup runs.

I said before Liverpool that I think the Spurs game will be more indicative of whether Ole has a future or not as Manchester United manager. These recent performances defensively have been so bad. It is undermining our ability to get results and will continue to do so. If after a hard week on the training ground we still look as uncoordinated, the club have no choice but to act.

This. The basics aren’t being met in regards to working hard and tracking players so we need to get our hardworking players out there regardless of their quality. At least to settle things down a bit.

Ole won't make changes like that after his post match statements. He feels he's close to something grand with his selections and tactics. Making that many changes will look like he's conceding he got it wrong and has resorted to throwing shit at a wall to see what sticks. Doubt our owners or the board would recognize that anyway and would see it as him trying something revolutionary.
This isn't going to be a popular opinion knowing SAF is still on the advisory board, I wish he'd stop advising the club. This is possibly the 2nd manager he's had his hand in being appointed and it's gone terribly wrong both times. Let's just hope the owners don't wait until a Moyes-esque limp to the end of the season and make a decision soon.

Genuinely, if he's still here and if there are feck all changes or even minimal changes - I'm packing it in til he goes.

I don't even want to think about this until we have a new manager.

    4-2-4 again.

Fullbacks all over the shop, Bruno playing as a 2nd striker. No lessons learnt by the manager or coaching staff from the previous games.

It's you. He's not been at his best, which you can say for everyone bar de Gea, but Bruno has still been one of our better performers.

Kane will finally look like a proper striker again against our lot

Would happily see the entire team bar De Gea and Lindelof culled.

De Gea, a player who can play right back who isn't called Aaron or Diogo, Lindelof, Bailly, Telles, Matic, VDB, Lingard, Sancho, Cavani, Martial.

None of the rest deserve to start as much as Ole shouldn't be in the job. Never mind the set up and the tactics, as the philosophical Fabian Delph once said "the basics of football" were not on display today.

They played against West Ham and we still lost. If they play here, we will lose too. Telles, Bailly, Lingard and Van de Beek aren't better players than Shaw, Maguire, Rashford and Fernandes. Making those changes would be just making changes for the sake of it.

I‘d just be happy if Ole is not there …at least that would be a positive.

I don't think this will be a high scoring game. It'll be your typical boring Nunoball. Don't know who wins but it'll finish 1-0, 2-1, or somewhere in between.

The only thing I can guarantee with Utd in big games at the moment is a McFred lineup.

What really irritates me is that there will be 1 or 2 changes from todays side.

There is seemingly zero accountability for performance levels.

We are going to lose this and probably the 4 games after as well just as I have predicted. They know we have crumbled and their attack is going to take full advantage of it.

I wish they would do us a favour and hammer us. First time I am feeling that it is better to lose to save ourselves from this disaster.

he might as well play the WW formation. That might confuse the opposition but most probably confuse ourselves too.

Nice game for the Spurs lads to get motivated. I'm sure Son and Kane will be looking to exploit us again.

United have to go right back to the basics, there's been too many teams walking through us whatever the result.

I think you're right, but it doesn't really make a difference what XI plays, it always performs crap regardless. There should be a huge reaction in terms of changes after a result like this, but like you I think there won't be many. The most obvious one has already been taken out of our hands. Varane will be back if he's fit, and I can see one of Rashford or Greenwood being taken out, that's probably it.

The only saving grace is Tottenham are absolutely woeful too.

If Ole still here, hopefully not, he'll definitely play a back 5. Will be all about not losing against Spurs because against City it'll be another disaster.
