Ole needs to rally the lads. We need come out guns blazing in the second half. A Mourinho win here will be unbearable.

Going on reddit, Twitter, other social media, I can’t find anybody else who thinks it was a foul. I think the referee might be the only person in the world who thinks it was.
2 moron in studio here saying it's foul.
One also calling for second yellow.

Would take McTominay off for Greenwood, push Pogba into midfield, Rashford from the left and Greenwood from the right.

McTominay is on thin ice much like Fred was in the second half vs PSG. Ole made a bad call then, so hopefully he makes the change early. Doubtful he'll do it at HT though.

Can see us losing this 2-0 now. if I was as bad at my job as this ref, I'd be sacked

If Son doesn't spin around like he was shot, this doesn't even get looked at a second time. Dirty, nasty team reflects the manager. I always loved Jose but he's past it and his negativity and nastiness is about all he has anymore.
Agree it's his personality coming out , his Porto side was the same, he took it to Chelsea as well.

What's the point of telling the ref to look at the screen when they've practically made the mind up for the ref on the pitch.

They NEVER release statements. The decision has been universally condemned. Even United haters are laughing at us being robbed
They just released one at HT, saying the arm movement wasn’t “natural” – but the referee just chose to not book McT because he deemed it accidental! Literally contradicting themselves.

The referee should have to come out and explain how he got to the decision.

but sadly, while fans and pundits normalise soft fouls, nothing will change

    Precisely

That’s why I’d like to see them get them miked up like you see in rugby & NFL. Hear them explain their decisions at that exact moment.

Mourinho is doing us over again here. I can see Fred or Scott getting sent off to put the cherry on the cake here

    Definitely.

Every time we play Jose he talks about decisions before the game. Every time it works.

Our players are justifiably wound up and the Spurs players are doing their best to rile them up. Going in hard, leaving the foot in, going down like sacks of s-t. You can see someone on our side just losing it second half. Ref will love it too.

Very disappointing to be losing to them at half time here. A tight game, that as we all saw could be us leading 1-0. Personally I think the decision to rule the goal out is probably the right decision, regardless of Son making an absolute meal of it. McTominay shouldn't have had his arm/hand out there and he gave them a reason to give a foul. Like it or not, that's on McTominay.

Mourinho will be in there now telling them to try getting one of ours sent off
    Absolutely,

To be honest, these refs book us for any little thing, so they don't need anymore encouragement to send us off

I’m so angry at that goal that I am not watching this crap anymore

I genuinely can’t remember the last time I was this angry at football. I feel like I want to two foot Son, let alone what our players must feel.

Ian Wright is on Norwegian TV saying he can't believe that our goal was called off. I can't either.

Can't believe what I'm hearing. Studio agrees it's a foul on Son and a rightfully disallowed goal, and discussing if it should be a direct red card???
Where they all said it was a disgrace and if that was afoul we should all go home as the game is dead.

Need to take our own ref knock the bastrads out. I've seen some goals ruled out but that has to be the poorest VAR has ever done. Ruining the game

For their goal, Pogba didn't get back soon enough which forced Fred to come out and Ndombele had all the space with our defence stretched (Shaw went out confront Airier, Maguire with Moira, and Lindelof with Kane and AWB tucking in leaving Son alone), Rashford should have come back to cover far side where Son ran into.

Is it any wonder that English refs are never selected for international tournaments? And Son is a cheating c@3t. Spurs are a vile team and I hope anyone but them gets top 4. Glad that shitbag Jose is no longer our manager.

They call him a "smart" defender :wenger:
Sorry what’s he supposed to do there? Get out to Harry whilst he’s back tracking to stop the ball at source. “front foot defending” no doubt he fecker up, you can see what he is trying to do. Doesn’t want to take the safe option and just stop the ball whilst he’s falling back. He’s trying to adjust to clear it and just fecks up. If he blocks it every chance he won’t recover and beat Harry to Harry having a whack.

Honestly that’s like something that guy you love in the wrestling thread would say.

I really want to beat these cnuts, can’t imagine how the players must be feeling. Hope it doesn’t boil over.
