I watched MOTD last night and it seemed like Leicester created absolutely loads against them on Boxing day but just for poor finishing and the woodwork they couldn't get anything. Spurs are not great, defend well and I think we'll beat them.

what a great test to see if our team really is clicking into place and if against a very good opposition our midfield of rooney and carrick can compete, mata doesn't go into hiding, falcao shows his worth in the big matches and that we can cope better defensively with 3 at the back than when we faced arsenal and southampton away. spurs seem to very identical to us at the moment, in good form, scoring plenty of goals but leaking goals as well, i would say we need to score at least 2 goals today to come away with something

Tottenham had just the recovery phase we had plus they only won by 1:2 so they weren't able to shift into a lower gear in the last 30 minutes of their match. In other words: We shouldn't worry about those 48 hours thing - they won't decide the match in my opinion.
