Can't fathom how Jones has walked straight back in after Smalling has played better whenever alongside Rojo.
Van Persie needs to step up, if he doesn't perform now in the final 3rd of the season, it's time to part ways, he hasn't been offered a contract yet because he hasn't earnt one, like Falcao he should be closer to the door rather than another deal.
Hopefully he proves me wrong.
One of the few games I'd prefer to see Valencia at RB. No major worries over McNair though, he's very good on the ball imo.Thats a good team. Not sure about McNair over Tony V but the kid is good
Well this is what I was thinking, although everyone seems to be so sure Rooney is playing up top. However, when you look at the team, I would not be surprised if Rooney was playing wide right, like you said. Although I hope the both of us are wrong and Rooney is playing up top.van Gaal will find a way to piss everyone off.

Good lineup besides that.Satisfied with the team. Would have much preferred Smalling to Jones, even though he's been a bit shaky recently. Good to see Herrera and McNair start though, as well as Falcao dropped.No Mata again? What must be going through his head now.....The selections are becoming quite telling now that we've had a run of good fitness in the squad.
Yeah I would still prefer Valenca tbh, but as I said I'm not too bothered.
He wasn't great defensively in that game (although he did get better as the game went on) but he's been good for the most part this season. So has Jones though so I'm not too fussed that he starts ahead of Smalling.
