It was both.I still think there are positives to take from this.
When you look at the personnel out there, you have to say the young lads at the back have done extremely well. Especially without an experienced head to lead them and next to no protection from the midfield. We've looked shit on set pieces, but from open play Sunderland have barely created a chance. It takes time for a manager to have an effect on a team. That's why we started last season playing as if Fergie was still the manager. And that's one of the main reasons we started this season playing as if Moyes was still the manager.
