There's a team called Lech Poznan. A few years ago they played against Man City and did the Poznan which is where the fans have their backs to the pitch and jump up and down.

After that, City copied it for their games for ages.

So, when we played Sunderland while QPR played City on the last game of the season and City won the title, Sunderland fans did the Poznan to piss us off.

Normally with this kind of away form we would be title challengers/winners.

Our home form has been historically poor (in terms of results) and that has really kept us back.

As it stands, we really were the 2/3 deserved victories at home away from being top of the table or nearby.

It's a daft celebration where the fans turn the backs to the field and jump around. Popularised by Poznan, a club in what i would assume to be Poland and copied by Citeh fans.

In 2012 when we lost the league to "Aguerrooo" at the Stadium of Light, the Sunderland fans did the celebration as they mocked us for losing the league.

Like I told my friend earlier, they'd best be Poznan-ing their way to the Championship now.

We were already coasting it at a canter, but that red card absolutely killed it.

3-0, and could easily have been a lot lot more.
Although most of our home games could be too.

But 3-0, see Moyes off, get some confidence up is near perfect.
De Gea and Valencia were able to sit this one out, so roll on Thursday.
