This might be the worst game I’ve ever seen from a player in terms of take-ons. Garnacho has been gash.

Yeah. He really needs to figure out how to beat a man or at least slow down and find a pass. Running full pelt and getting tackled is a bit old now. So many attacks break down.

Man United the better side in that half but undone and find themselves behind due to counter attack and pure pace from a former player, why was only Garnacho making an effort to tackle?

You just know how this 2nd half will likely play out, United will miss big chances to level it and Forest with another rare sight on goal will make it 2-0 and contest over.

Decent performance bar 2 break aways we allowed forrest .
Forrest pack the defence out of possession and we haven't got the fire power to break it down. Our best chances coming from corners.

Zirkzee and Garnacho have to come off at half time. I would put Højlund and Eriksen on instead. This type of game is perfect for Eriksen - we have the ball most of the time and need to break down a defense.

Garnacho just doesn't have any of the composure, technique or decision making to make it at the very top level.

His whole body seems to tense up when he gets the ball in a decent position. Every time he has half a sniff of goal, you can guarantee his next touch will be a landmine.
