In all seriousness though, unless we score a penalty, it is unlikely we will score 2 goals.
I hate to say it but I think that we'd struggle to get promoted if we were in the Championship.
The squad, manager, coaching staff, the board - from top to bottom - the personnel needs to be replaced.

Fair point but i am trying to be resourceful by finding every bit of optimism that an away win will inject confidence and Ole will grow balls and set his team up better. We also have Martial back. This is painful.

Norwich's attacking style plays to our strengths so I see this as a golden opportunity to build on what we did against Liverpool. I genuinely believe we will score a few and win here if we play with the same attitude as last weekend.

Playing 2CM in 352/532 is OK as 2 WBs will support the attack and one of the centre midfielders also join attacking phase as Fred or McTommy did.

But playing 2CM in 4231 as we did makes our playing/passing pattern limited. Most of the time 2CB, FBs and 2CM just passed to each other. Having no real winger with flair, good dribble and technical abilities also add to the problem.

I think with 352/532/343 or 433 our play should be better.

Phenomenal should be reserved for classic United defences with guys like Bruce, Pallister, Evra, Irwin, Neville, Stam, Rio, Vidic etc. Those were phenomenal defences.

I believe Tuanzeve is still injured. There's a chance he'll be fit but he probably won't be risked as a starter.

No chance he's being sold in Jan. Who'd he be replaced with. That really would be asking for relegation.

He's broken his toe and injured his ankle so they're probably being extra cautious after rushing him back previously.

I can see Matic going alright but Pogba is seen as being a central figure in the team by Ole and the board by all accounts, unlike any of the above.

We need to bring in a midfielder even if no one goes but to sell Pogba mid-season would be a ridiculous decision.
