We have to win this match.

Dont care how - we need points on the board.

Ole will be on a gillette blade edge if this ends up in a defeat

The fact that Leicester could go 2nd tonight, yet people keep saying that we beat them so Ole is doing a good job. We definitely need to win this and go on a winning run. Not win a game lose a game, go on a winning run.

Would love to see the tuanzabe/Maguire/Lindelof partnership

An away win at Norwich would be great. It will place us five whole points ahead of a direct rival in the battle to avoid relegation and we will also play them at OT with the hope to increase the gap between us. Three massive points at stake here. And before anyone jumps on me, i'll just leave our manager's words about the game here: "We'll need to be at our best to have a chance". If only it had been Moyes...

I never want to see united lose that is a strange mentality. I dont see how ole can carry on if we dont win this though. Dont get me wrong Norwich are a decent enough side and play some nice football at times but we should be beating them.

Defeat leaves us in a terrible position and ole should consider walking before it gets too messy. That said I dont think he will and I think he will be sacked before the next international break if we dont start chalking up some wins.

Is Ole kidding or what? I hope we can stop Norwich ? We are playing against the 19th team in the table and we have to stop them? Stop them from what, they have lost 3 of their lost 4 and draw 1, condeded 5 against Aston Villa, have condeded the most goals in the PL this year and we have to stop them? Wow. We are really in a shite position.

I agree, he should have said were going to trash them

The 27th is my birthday. Don't know if I should risk watching it, might end up ruining the whole evening for me.

Away game after a Europa League away game.....no way are we winning this one. Two away wins in one week? We've only won one since March.

It will be 1-1 I reckon and if any team will pinch it it will probably be them.

This season is about staying up (I actually mean that). Then we can get the owners, CEO and Manager all out in one swoop.

Bring on the Saudis. Rid us off this shambolic mess.

As much as I’d love that to happen, I personally cannot see it. Particularly the Glazers & Woodward.

If we'l get our best front 3, imo being Rashford, Martial, James and no more injuries in defense except Shaw, i'm confident we will win this. Norwich doesn't park the buss either so that should be of help for us.

    Hope to see

Can we just get rid of posters who propose this view? Ill be happy

Nope. If you don't like it when they inevitably take over then feel free to go support Salford or FC United. I admire your morals but let's be honest loads of owners of the bigger clubs are slimey as hell.

Think we have to stop from being ridiculous again. Stop us from being bang average and heartless.

We'll sit deep in this new 5-4-1 and hope for a counter or penalty.

I am not looking forward this game, nor looking forward anygame now.

That's how we feel because of them

We don’t score more than one goal and can’t see us keeping a clean sheet so a dull 1-1.

At least it is not on television here for the millions to watch. So the ones with a masochistic streak will be the ones desperate to watch.

Can someone remind me what Uniteds record is like after European games the last few years?

Norwich will treat this game like their cup final. I remember watching United with better sides than the current one lose to Norwich, matter of fact that 2-0 defeat in 2005 sticks in my mind and that Norwich side was relegated that season.

I'll be happy with a repeat of last night (lucky 1-0 win)

Kicking myself for this but, for no good reason at all, I think we are going to win this comfortably. Ok maybe I have some reasons.

I think there will be a modicum of increased confidence. Team thinks they should have won against Liverpool and finally an away win. Throw in that we have Martial back and even Lingard, we actually will be able to line up with a bit more pace up front, especially if Ole decides to start with Rashford, Martial and James with Lingard playing the 3rd midfielder role he said he can play.

Norwich, I remember watching the first game of the season and they like to attack, even had good chances to take the lead against Liverpool but, they were vulnerable at the back. With their philosophy of wanting to play football, I think will play to our only attacking strength, which is direct / counter-attacking.

I went 2-1 Norwich but this is the most winnable of our upcoming games. They are naïve in their attacking approach, which means Ole's underdog football for which Jose was crucified might succeed.

We're winning this. Why is there a bunch of Norwich fans in this thread sowing doom and gloom?

    Predicted this.

    De Gea

    Jones Maguire Lindelof

    AWB Mctominay Fred Young

    Pereira

    James Rashford

    Subs Lingard Martial Rojo

Why is Pogba taking so long with his injury? It was said he’ll be back after the international break and now he’s still nowhere to be seen
