    Carrick
    Mata Rooney
    Lingard Martial Memphis

I'm so glad to see Januzaj on the bench. Hoping he comes on for in that right wing position.

    EDIT:

Can't believe Herrera isn't in for this one. Can only think it's because of the game against West Ham against Tuesday. That said, Herrera's had very little game time of late, so it's not like he'd be in the 'red zone' if we played him today and Tuesday.

    Valencia - Smalling - Rojo - Darmian
    Carrick
    Mata - Rooney
    Lingard - Martial - Memphis
Happy that Memphis gets a chance, but not liking the idea of that midfield. Way too slow.

Interesting looking line-up, presumably Blind and Rashford are carrying injuries if they didn't make the squad. Really hope we don't mess this up.

Despite Rashford being rested, would still be a good idea to have had him on the bench.

With Rojo in the lineup I don't think we keep a cleansheet. We have to score at least a couple of goals.

a lot of average and unexciting footballers in the side, let this season be finally over, sack the dutchbag and start over... darmian, valencia, Rojo, Rooney, this is just pathetic, hopefully Carrick has a good game from the back so the front three shows something..

Not the best time to rest players considering we haven't won away from home in the league since January. He's had plenty of better chances to rest Blind and Rashford if that's the case.

That is the most lethargic midfield we've got. This should seal LVG's fate. Watch us hammer them.

Smaller teams away from home scare me . There's always one player who turns on god mode against us . Today I suspect it'll be Wes Hoolahan

A midfield three of Mata, Rooney and Carrick may not seem great but it is certainly better than Howson, O'Neil and Hoolahan. We have a better player in every position, there's no excuse to not win.

That didn't hold us back against West Ham, Everton or Leicester last week. All Van Gaal has done is replace Fellaini with Mata.
It did, whilst results were fine, second half against Everton was poor and the Leicester game is best forgotten.
Plus Norwich have a lot of legs in their team, Olsson, Brady, Redmond. Can't afford to be sluggish today.

Don't think that lineup is too bad actually. Rojo aside of course. People clamouring for Herrera and schneiderlin but herrera has been below par most of the time and sloppy while schneiderlin has been pretty woeful this season.

Hopefully memphis does something, think i woud prefer him up top and Martial on the left as Martial can destroy anyone out there and memphis basically just has good movement and can finish pretty well but can't go past players on the wing.

Resterd. We have a tough match against WHU on Tuesday or Wednesday and then another match on the weekends.
Fair call; it's been easy to forget lately that Rashford is only 18, and has been playing a lot of matches. Also I'm looking forward to seeing Martial up top again

I want to see Rojo as a defender so that's good. Decent team. Only concern is midfield. Carrick can do it but he doesn't do it enough. Need to turn their defenders else a lot of plays going to be in front of them. Hopefully Memphis can get perform today.

Herrera and Schneiderlin have obviously fallen out of favour, unless they're not 100% of course and are probably both on the way out, unless the manager changes that is.

It's normal for teams to have the upper hand in part of the game. People talk about the energy of Leicester, but they couldn't live with us in the first half.
