One thing I’d say about the wingers is all of three of Antony, Rashford and Garnacho seem to have the green light to cut in and shoot and be greedy.
If ETH was annoyed by it he’d sub someone or be screaming at them.
Sancho did himself no favours but he is much more of pass first option. Pellistri is more of classic winger looking to make assists and Amad tends to be less of a shooter then those three as well.
Essentially, while I think some of the greediness is inherent to the players they also aren’t being told to cut it out. Just as Bruno isn’t asked to play more conservatively. ETH doesn’t seem interested in creating easier chances or us setting up to feed the striker.
