    He does, but the caveat is that this is Newport so he should look good against a team this low because he cost £70m. I’m not shitting on him for the sake of it but he can’t hit a barn door in the PL most weeks b raise the level of opposition are just better.
     
    It will say 4-2 in the papers tomorrow but that diesn't tell the story, a bit like City fouling the Spurs Keeper and getting away with it. Hardly a convincing professional performance against a spirited Newport side and a dodgy Ref. Hope the fan in the crowd is OK.

    Yeah would be nice if some A hole in United upper management hadn't handed him 200k a week (10x his Ajax wages) then he would be easier shifted if it doesn't work out. No one is handing him these wages so he can sit on his hands if it comes to it.

    Sell pretty much everybody we can sell, except for youth, with Rashford and Bruno at the top of the list.

    Start rebuilding from nothing, with a manager who can do it and with unselfish players who are not divas on or off the pitch. Nobody gets paid more than 150K/week

    Then we have some hope. Right now we are hopeless

    He must be a beast in training. Because since promotion to first team duty, I have yet to see what he can offer at that level.

    :lol: What the feck are you on about? "Day one", I've said nothing but good things about him and you're getting all upset because I'm not doing cartwheels over a scruffy goal against the mighty Newport.
     
    Blows my mind that people bang on about the magic of the FA Cup and then lose their mind when their team wins 2-4 against a lower league side.

    Really enjoyed the game. Fun watch, and more enjoyable playing out like that than a routine 0-5 win.

    Newport deserve loads of credit. Great fans, good display, every player gave it everything against players that are loads better than them.
