I'm going for same 11 as Everton game if there all fit.. A Draw would be OK. Win better . If we go at these with Quality we can score its the other end . Not many corners or freekicks into our box , and the CM tracking runners that's been a issue from 1st game..
Bruno and Rashford on score sheet 1-2 .. tough away win.. or we get batterd ..

Mate of mine up in Northumberland says it's mighty cold up there. He's a big Toon fan and reckons they only have 11 fit senior players to select so that will be easy. I'd exchange Onana for Nick Pope anyday. I would normally say if we score first and quiten the crowd we'd win, but not now after recent performances. Eddie Howe will tell his team to keep going if they conceed early. I think it'll be a draw.

Why are there so many people who doubt our win today? We are playing Newcastle

Newcastle have a good chance, with two goalkeepers and United only having outfield players. Seriously though…

And what are the “technical difficulties” that prevent the flight? It’s very strange

    So much negativity in here...
We've been picking up some form and hopefully it'll continue today and get the 3 points..

Big test for ETH this lineup. We should really be seeing the same front three that started mid week, with te only potential change being Martial coming in after a good performance. Time to start rewarding good performances and punishing poor ones.

I think our form has been decent and there has been some good performances recently. Having said that, Newcastle are simply a better outfit and are at home - not expecting a win.

Notification popped up on the app saying match was postponed, turned out to just be the U21s game, what clickbait

I really want EtH to show in this game that United can do well against decent teams. Key deliverable.

4-0 Newcastle (6-0 if we conceded within the first 20 minutes)

We need to get these back after the mullering we received in the Carabao fixture.
A mate of mine is a fan and said he can see them winning 4 or 5-0. I'm begging to give him receipts for it. Wee club in the North East, come on lads.

Currently sat in the Metro Centre working up courage to go outside. Still below freezing up here. Would not fancy being outside tonight

Somehow can't see it happening. We have a very fragile core. We will fold as usual as soon as they score. And Newcastle always score.

I would drop Onana to protect him for a bit and give Bayindir a chance to bed in before Onana goes away for international duty. I would also drop Rashford and let Antony stay on the right wing. But I am not sure if EtH would be willing to take the same risks. Not willing to bet my lineup prediction position on it. We can't have passengers for this one. Need to match Newcastle for workrate.
    Agree 100% on Rashford.

The Onana one is more difficult for me. I don't rate Onana but feel like Newcastle away, stepping in for an under fire goalkeeper is too much pressure on Bayindir as a young keeper. I unfortunately think the right thing to do is play Onana in the Newcaste game.

The number 2 engine dropped off? Who knows. Flights get grounded all the time because of technical issues. Some even take off with the issue unresolved. You can hear about them on 'Mayday.'

Hoping we win but don't know what to expect with this team. One minute we look good, the next we look horrific. Hope it is the former.

    Onana

    AWB - Varane - Maguire - Shaw

    McTominay - Mainoo

    Antony - B.Fernandes - Garnacho

    Hojlund
Bayindir, Dalot, Lindelof, Reguilon, Amrabat, Hannibal, Pellistri, Martial, Rashford

    Newcastle United 1-2 Manchester United

Would take a draw if offered now. Would be delighted If Man United can win this evening.

Expectation to be honest is Newcastle to win by a minimal 2 goal margin so hopefully I'm surprised..

Last thing they needed after a long trip back from Turkey.
