I want to see if EtH can work his magic today. I am sure he hated the way we started the match in the Cup Final. Will he use the same players and give different instructions or use the team which finished the Cup Final? I love having a perfectionist world-class manager. No way he will not have thought this through.

We are 4th on the Away Table. While Newcastle are 7th on the Home Table.

We are capable of a smash and grab one nil but also shitting the bed and conceding 4.

As for the them being favourites with bookies I can see why…only 4 teams have conceded more goals than us away and only one has conceded less than Newcastle at home.

They've lost one home game all season when Pope was sent off early against Liverpool. They go above us if they win, surprised people are underestimating them.
Newcastle is tough to beat at home, but their winrate at home is nothing special. If talking about us winning and comfortably doing so, it's underestimating Newcastle. However, a draw is within our ability. We're not in the title challenging form away from home, but our meh away form is top 4. Surprisingly Newcastle is third in away table (one point better than us). It's their away form that keep them up on the table.

Newcastle are bang average. Will be quite a comfortable win in the end, not necessarily in scoreline, but they won't threaten much.

    I think it will be:

    De Gea

    AWB
    Varane
    Martinez
    Shaw

    Sabitzer
    McTominay

    Antony
    Bruno
    Rashford

    Weghorst

Easy win. Not sure why people are scared of Newcastle.

Without Bissaka, then it will be a long afternoon.

I got Fred and Mctom. In CM.. WW up front.. hope Martial can get 30 mins or so.

Played 5 lost 5 against the top 9.
City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Brentford, Aston Villa.

City, Arsenal, Liverpool are top 3 in home form (Liverpool away form is what breaks them from being in top 4 this season). We almost got a draw against Arsenal. We also could have got a point from Aston Villa game. Brentford was early in the season where we're broken.

It's not too bad with context.

This is a huge game for Dalot, at some point he has to payback Ten Hag's faith.

Another shit performance and he should be benched for the rest of the season, he really doesn't deserve his chance today.

Need to navigate the first 15 mins or so without conceding - that's when they're at their most dangerous.
I'd be delighted with a win, but I don't see it happening today.

To be fair, your feelings would have us relegated with the lowest premier league points total ever.
every time I feel confident, we do something stupid. I honestly thought we'd put four or five past Southampton, for instance. I thought we would stroll against Fulham
