    This club man, it's so sad.

    Same problems for years; poor passing, poor movement, no pressing.

    Signing after signing getting progressively worse.

    Now we've gone full circle where Phil Jones is being praised for being our best player in a game against Wolves at Old Trafford.

    We're in footballing purgatory.
     
    Sancho needs to wake up as well. I don't know if it's the pace of physicality of the game, but he looks to be playing against full grown men while he's 15

    Our players are greedy. You watch every other team and the attackers play for others, sometimes they take a chance and shoot, but mostly selfless.

    Us on the other hand, every player in it for personal glory. You see with every attacker we have, even Sancho now, who was never like this at Dortmund.

    I don't know if it's due to them thinking they need to score to their place, but someone needs to highlight this to them, it's taking the piss.

    The analysis is spot on. All 4 our “forwards” playing in a straight line on the shoulder of the defenders :lol:

    zero dropping deep to ask for the ball and create. Then having a midfield who can’t pass.
     
    Absolutely shocking. Not sure I´ve seen a worse 45 min of football from United ever. Ronaldo, Cavani, Sancho and McTominay particularly bad, while De Gea, Jones, Varane and Greenwood only players who get a pass mark. Hard to comprehend why the players are so bad on the individual level. Bad first touch, jogging in press (while Wolves are sprinting), bad decision making, no movement. What the feck is going on?

    I’m not saying he has to go yet of course but I don’t think we’ve made any remote progress.

    Ten Hag wouldn't fix this team either, he'd still have the same problems adapting this team to his style of play. The problem is we have a completely spoiled, overrated group of players. We need another rebuild unfortunately. Conte probably would have gotten the best out of this team in the short term, but I hope this highlights to the board that we need a clean slate of players to build from.
     
    Our midfield is as strong as a wet piece of toilet paper. Can't keep the ball and can't effectively shield the defense
     
    Wolves central midfield just controlling it, we just never fix that area.
     
    The problem is that the players cannot consistently play good games. Mctominay played well last game and is shite. Maguire is the same case, so is Fred and Matic and Sancho, Fernandes, Rashford, no one is able to go on a good run of form.

    Ronaldo also is an issue. He is given too much importance. Needs to go to be honest.
     
    I swear, AWB is the poorest right back in the top 10 teams.

    Manages to feck up every attack, and not only feck it up by not producing anything, he manages to make a perfect counterattack.

    Can't stand him this season.
     
    That was a brutal half of football, there's been some bottom of the barrel individual performances but collectively we've looked really poor too, there's very little interplay and understanding on show and statuesque defending at times when Wolves just pass it around static bodies until they decide to take a shit shot. I'm not sure what we can do to change things to the extent they probably need changing but I do think another body in midfield would help so one of the forwards needs to go.

    Yes and not the first time. We can’t create anything and far far from being clinical and always look like conceding.
     
    We're seeing what happens when you force a team to use a system that doesn't suit them at all. We simply don't have the players to make up for having 2 up front.

    patience. Will take longer than half a season to undo years of mediocrity under the completely inept previous administration
     
    McTominay just kept giving the ball away. There was a moment in the 1st half he did it 3 times in as many minutes
