The thing with Greenwood, is that he's often quiet in games with the first team. His ability to score at any time just kind of obscures from his lack of involvement in games in general. No big deal at this relative age.

Yeah. I’d put that down to age, experience and our style of play at times. Though there was a game earlier in the season where we lost or drew, but he scored. Our players just ignored him for the rest of the game. Wouldn’t pass to him.Very entertaining half!

Everyone talking about the hand ball but it should have been ruled out for the bad tackle on Maguires ankle. Could have been a nasty injury thatSimilar enough to the first game in a lot of ways so far. Thought Mata was by far our best player that half. James looked dangerous but needed to be better in around the box. I'm a big fan of Greenwood but I must admit I forgot he was playing at times out there in that half.
Also VAR really spared our blushes on that disallowed goal as that was an awful defensive mess up.Last edited:

We don't put nearly enough care in our passing, our front three is unnecessarily "fluid" when they should be holding their shape and we are ponderous on the ball. He is very annoying. Praising Liverpool all the time far too much on viasat in Sweden. We get it that they are good, but it almost feels like he is a Liverpool fan listening to him. The guy in the studio that actually supports Liverpool give them much more fair praise.
Although I guess some like him not being diplomatic at all and rather go over the top. He would suit CAF perfectly I guess.Ole moved Martial to the left in the last 10-15 minutes of the half because out two best moments came from Martial drifting out to the left and making things happen. Unfortuantely, we haven't really got him the ball since moving him. Going into the second half, we need to feed the ball to him more.
We also need to find the ball over the top more. We've had at least 4/5 occasions where we've got in behind, following a ball over the top. We need to do it more.
