If anyone has a clue what LVG is trying to do here please tell me! What is our game plane? How can we try and take risks whith that style of play? How can the players look like they absolutely don't give a single feck about it? They seem like it's first time they touch the ball.

Ahhhh it makes me real sick. How i wish this fecking season is over.

We are stone average! We don't look like scoring. To think of the players we had at right wing and now we have Lingard. By God we are worse than stone average!

Martin Atkinson is determined to help West Ham. Every single decision has gone their way. The Fellaini yellow was ridiculous.

I am surprised that we have been the better side. On paper we should be but our performances this season have not reflected the players' abilities. We are still not clicking, in the final third a lot of mistakes have been made. We are looking like we could win this though, which was not what I expected pre-game.

Yellow was spot on. Mophead was stupid and dirty as usual and gave in into the emotion. Noble should have been booked for the tackle on Lingard though. Ridiculous, the ball was on his other feet when he got taken out

Get Memphis on ffs. Memphis Herrera Martial Rashford. And please lord get Schweinsteiger and Schneiderlin in. This is our last chance of a trophy. Do something you dutch cnut

No attacking quality, slow buildup. Nobody is arsed about getting forward. There's a fecking semi final at stake here and we're playing like shite again.

    Thought we played alright.

The 4-3-3 fits us much better imo, but obviously we lack quality in attack.

I enjoy seeing the young lads play anyways.

Clearly I'm in a huge minority, but thought that was a perfectly decent half.

    We're at home.
    No shots on target.
In a must win game (if we draw and the replay is in London, which we will most likely lose).

    You think this is acceptable?

EDIT: Hang on, are you a WHU fan? If so, then yes, this is decent, because if you get a replay, you will most likely beat us easily.

More likely to take Martial off for Schneiderlin.
3 at the back with Varela, Blind and Rojo with Smalling going centre mid and Schneiderlin bombing down the left. Total Futbol.

We've actually been better at getting it forward. We have no quality in the final third though.

That yellow was smart from Fellaini, he was the only player who did not stop and was still focusing on the game.

    It was a Professional Foul

every single game is a must win these days it seems. Liverpool West Brom an Arsenal were all must win games as was the last round, midgetland, and so on so on. Phrase has become meaningless from over use

At home in the QF of the FA Cup and cannot create one shot on target how can you be happy?

put all the youngsters on, they have something to play for...they have something to prove. Just go for it
The rules state you can only make 3 subs.

People can have a go at LvG whole day but i am sorry,if you look how those players play in attacking position...they cba to move, there are no runs behind, between players nothing,Martial getting praised for his solo shit but when No10 is in possession of the ball...Martial just stands on throw line like a statue, hell in few occasions his position was behind a player who has a ball and looking for pass.

I know some will jump and say how that must be 100% LvG order (which would be bollox imo).

I'd bring on Januzaj and Basti for Lingard and Fellaini.

    Felliani is going nowhere.
He is probably the one player the entire team is based around, which is why he has taken the CM role (so he gets to see more of the ball and dictate the game play).
I know some of you don't like Fellaini, but LVG feels that he is "Da Man".

Another thriller, although West Ham have played some nice stuff. Sad to say the Scotland-France rugby game and even the Zurich derby were distracting my attention on the other screens in the pub. If Mourinho is taking over, I don't understand why they don't announce it just to improve fans' morale- it won't impact performance levels under van Gaal as they can't get worse unless we start knocking own goals in on purpose.

tbh this is a win whichever way possible game so as long as we do win I don't care how we play

    Because they are!

This is the quarter finals of a major cup competition.

Every point counts for top 4. Top 4 will likely be decided by a margin of 6 or less points. Of course every game is critical.

    It was a Professional Foul

How is rugby tackling Noble a professional foul?. It was just plain dirty and could have been better dealt with. The CB's and FB's were there to deal with it. Plus if they had scored from the eventual set piece, would you still be defending him?

    Needless card as usual.

All huff and puff but no quality really. This thing of not having shots on target is really infuriating.
