    Rooney is our best finisher. Problem is getting him in that position.

    For comedy purposes you should all leave the Mourinho reaction Gif playing in the background. His reaction is quite fitting for most of the finishes and crosses that we put in atm.

    I pointed this out in the summer and was told Rashford clearly shows more than Januzaj ever did. People struggle too often to see beyond immediate hype.
     
    Lingard needs to give Valencia more options. Should be in and around him at atleast some point. He's just stuck next to Mata centrally.

    He's still twice the player Lingard is. Maybe he'd do better if the manager didn't put such little faith in him. Pogba had a string of peformances earlier when be was awful yet wasn't hurled out of the team. Ibra had games when he was poor yet kept starting. Rashford has been crap for a good while yet keeps starting.

    Heck, we've got Schweinsteiger on the bench ffs.
     
    Only thing I've got to say about the game so far is Valencia.

    Fecking hell. What a player. Up and down, first touch, ball rententon, width, on and off the ball running. Just non stop.
