Let's not start blaming Jose here, after all he's trying to build our team from the ashes of Moyes/LVG and he can only work with the players he managed to buy added to shite players left behind by those two!

I feel that in the next window he'll continue buying the right players and discarding others who are only numbers.

I sort of agree with you mate.

But you're missing the very very tiny little fact that he's managed to spend about £150m on a team that finished 4th 2 years ago, and a team that missed 4th on GD and have almost ruled us out of top 4 contention by end of Nov!
Let's not overplay how rubbish a position he picked up eh.

No he is not - he is very good defensively and he allows us to play without a winger because he constantly is in that position. Could his crossing be better ? Sure - but today the main problem was that we lost every single header in the West Ham-box

I agree he needs to work on his crossing, but his ability coming forward to supporting the attack in top class, he is a pure machine. His defending is good, he is a workhorse and his determination for the cause can not be doubted like some in the squad.
