    Awful half.

    • We build every attack from the left so Martial is really wasted on the right.
    • No one wants to take creative responsibility today. Everyone is back to deferring.
    • No point building from the fecking back if all you are going to do is go back at the first sign of a press. We are just inviting them on to us all the time.

    Tbf I think our teams average wage today is about £1k a week. :lol:
     
    Dullards back to blaming LvG for our players playing gash and failing at fundamentals. It would be hilarious if it wasn't so pathetic and predictable. It's still hilarious, I take that back.
     
    Am I watching Manchester United or a Championship team? Mata needs to be fecking dropped, he is too scared to cross a ball. Does nothing with the ball and rolls over when attacked by a defender.
     
    We're headless chickens buzzing around aimlessly, giving the ball away, and generally looking clueless while Depay blasts balls over the corner flags. Watford will surely take one of the multitude of chances on offer sooner or later.
     
    Pretty terrible so far. Varela, Herrera and Mata have been really poor, whereas Blind has been absolutely abysmal. Memphis hasn't been great either and Martial is too busy covering for Varela's who's having a very difficult time against Capoue. Fosu-Mensah is having to cover Varela's zone as well.
     
    Keep some perspectives lads. Very young team. This is a lesson for them. The Arsenal game was all emotion. The crowd drove them on. Today is different, they have to drive the crowd on and break down an organized team. They have gone from underdogs to favourites. It's a tough but important lesson.

    Will be interesting to see the second half. Think we miss Lingard a little. His work rate is under appreciated. Blind and Herrera have been dreadful. Hopefully they can turn it around.
     
    This has a classic LVG 1-0 defeat written all over it. Varela, Rojo, Blind and Memphis have been especially bad. Put Martial on the left for God's sake. Varela needs to go off but this is the kind of game where Darmian's arse falls out.
     
    We've been pretty sloppy and haven't got out of first gear. Considering our recent games it's very frustrating.

    The good news is we've got another half and the attacking play can't get any worse! I think we need martial up top with rashford though, think I would try Mata from the right for a little bit and see if anything spices up.
     
    Blind and Rojo have been absolutely shocking. The two inexperienced defenders to their right are putting them to shame.
     
    Shambolic defending, thankfully Igalho's finishing has been equally shambolic. we are creating nothing, Martial is wasted on the right. I'd get Lingard on, move Martial up next to Rashford and go 4-4-2.
     
    That was horrid in every sence of the word. Lucky not to be behind after that horror show from the defense.

    Watford will have tired themselves out after that show of pressing. Hoping to see a big turn around second half and perhaps a goal or 3 in our favour.

    We will win this game.
     
    With the scores elsewhere as they are, it would be criminal not to capitalise... c'mon United!
     
    We're very lucky to be level going in. Lads like Herrera, Blind and Mata who should really be the leaders out there are letting the side down.

    There's some naivety from TFM, Varela and Memphis which you'd expect but the older heads haven't imposed themselves on the game at all.

    Ander needs to stop putting the back 4 under pressure with brainless passes and Mata needs to offer himself for the ball in that tight space outside their box and take on responsibility for unlocking their defence. They are sitting too deep and compact for us to expect Memphis and Martial to unlock it on their own.

    Fosu-Mensah deserved his yellow but why has their right back been let off after 3 cynical fouls?

    It's not the young ones that are disappointing. Blind has been atrocious, Herrera's passing has been all over the place, and Mata's not doing much at all, while Schneiderlin's been alright I suppose, without doing much.

    You really need those with experience to step up and lead when you're fielding a team like this. Instead they're absolutely choking, while the younglins have done alright.
     
    Well that clears up any confusion about whether we're shit.

    We can only play well against minnows and the top teams. Pit us against the smallest 16 teams in the premier league and we're diabolical.

    You need to be dropped. Have you seen him in the last few games? One of our best players. 45 minutes where the whole team is poor and he needs to be dropped, have a word.
     
    How can we be this shit against Watford at home? I genuinly don't understand it. You'd think we have at least a decent set of players but they look horrific at the moment.

    Sloppy, slow and Blind is having a complete shocker. Just need to gain some focus in the 2nd half and we'll batter them.

    Herrera has been completely invisible today. With Mata pulling left, Schneiderlin looks like the only midfielder playing.
     
    Come on, playing like shit doesn't matter, the guys can be in a good run, Liverpool is doing the job right now against City... Kids, go for it, give everything!!!!! It's now or never and then the trend will reverse.
