He Maybe has been the most threatening because he is being provided a lot of space but what he is doing with that space is terrible. Not making the most of the space provided and not picking out the easy passes that would have put us in positions to put this beyond spurs

No but you also cant say that Rashford is Dan James because he just runs and loses the ball. Rashford actually scored so he actually did something besides run and lose the ball (like Dan James)

It feels like we just roll the dice in games and we don’t have the quality to win under those scenarios. We don’t score enough so in an open game we are more likely to lose that battle. The Chelsea game was one where we both had a load of chances and Chelsea just happened to be worse than us at taking them.

Compare that to the teams up and down the league who seem to work towards the highest % strategy of winning for whatever their squad allows.

Possession I don't care about in a game like this and the only good shot they didn't score from was Werner's. We've had a number of good chances with Rashford we haven't converted. Had we brought Casemiro on for Eriksen at half time I also don't think we'd have conceded the 2nd goal. Spurs are a good team. You're acting like they're Burnley

We haven't played 3 passes in a row in the opposition's half since half time. Poor show. We could win this with half a brain instead of Pirlo style launches every 4 mins

I felt sorry for him. He didn't have the right players to execute that plan, or the right players were out of form/confidence/at the wrong point in their careers to carry it out. If we were about 5 years earlier with LVG and all of those players, I think the outcome is very different.

He scored once and spent the rest of the game running and then losing the ball. He is absolutely rife for criticism in this game.
