That is how Ronnie is/has been. He has a ridiculous need to succeed individually, regardless of the team. That does not mean he wants the team to lose. But individual performance is what drives him.

Need rid ASAP
I understand it's his single mindless that propelled him to his greatness, but he needs to accept where he is at this moment. If I were him I'd keep quiet, keep working hard and be happy the team is progressing - if we carry on and keep getting results we might just end up with a trophy of some description which he can add to his collection. Otherwise in his current state, if we keep playing him, we and him are unlikely to get anything out of the season imho.
