Ole won’t be sacked after this game.
However at the moment I can’t see any PL team not scoring against us. The next few games won’t be easier. If we don’t get wins in our next few games it will be over for him unfortunately.

They've actually had a preseason though. And have been able to rotate too. It's how the human body works, you get what you train for, whether you buy it or not, and we haven't had any training until the season started.

It's not that Ole's lost the players respect. It's that the players have realised there's no sporting project. There's nothing that they are working towards, besides maybe making up the numbers in the Champions League.

As you say, many of them have seen this before with Jose. They know how this ends. I am sure many of them are privately thinking that they don't wanna be part of the next Man Utd boom and bust cycle. If you are ambitious you wanna be somewhere where you think your ambitions will be met.

Are you telling me it's Ed's fault that a back 4 that has cost over 150ml pounds is so incompetent? Everyone blamed Ed for not signing Maguire when Jose wanted it but now we see what Maguire brings to the team.
The only thing I fault him for is trusting Ole. Maybe should have gone with a more experienced manager.
We don't look organised as a team for a while now. That's on the manager. We didn't make changes when we went a man down. That's on the manager. Our players and managers are way more responsible for our situation then Ed but he gets the maximum abuse as he is a soft target.

He definitely should have claimed or closed the angle for the second goal. Son took a heavy touch and the ball was 5-10 yards in our penalty box. Straight away I was thinking 'easy for De Gea to block the shot now, it's too narrow an angle'. Instead silly me, that was just hope and optimism. Reality is that as you said De Gea just happily waited on his line and gave Son all the time in the world to set up his weak shot.

The one thing one does pick up from no crowd noise is the reaction from those on the pitch. Can you imagine the verbal onslaught from Keane, Ince, Hughes and Bruce in such a position as this? They would have to switch the sound off.

Ole has never been that verbal or demonstrative, but ffs man, your team is dying out there.
