I know. I don't want to be one of those people saying the 'the game is gone' or ' it was better in the old days' but genuinely I watched a few old games on MUTV during lockdown and remember loving the physicality of the game. Mark Hughes got fouled, turned around and gave the player a boot and wasn't even booked!

Were there that many more bad injuries? I don't remember them being more prevalent so it's not like the game has got safer its just got softer.

I'd love to see the Champonship or League One refs referee the PL for a couple of gameweeks. I bet it would be eye opening.

I think Ole needs to go BUT we need massive massive changes throughout the club at the highest level as I've said several times before or the next manager will be stuck with the same problem. But it won't happen nor do I think we sack Ole he's perfect for Ed to hide behind

The game was gone after the red card. I thought we looked pretty good in attack up to that point. We’re going to finish above Spurs this season. José doesn’t get to counter attack vs many teams in the PL. This is a total write off. No need to lose our shit. Now, if we manage to only concede two goals a game, then we’re talking.

This defending is more shambolic than Norwich's of last season. It is all about organisation though, not quality of player. That is down to Ole.

Until Woodward is gone, it doesn't matter if the manager's name is Ole or Jose or Poch. The only difference is how long will the false dawn lost. Eventually, Woodward will make sure they all fail while he survives.
