He's just painfully slow and that's get exploited. I've witnessed an ageing Baresi playing a young Vieri and it was painful to watch. Experience and talent means absolutely nothing if you get outpaced AGAIN and Again.

I think Maguire's mistakes are coming from him being over confident due to the undisputed trust ole puts in him. It looks like he doesn't challenge himself to do the best he can on some situations. Can't have an inch more of him at the moment.
