it serious foul play... and that's a red. Gary is right
It’s not, serious foul play has to be considered endangering the opponent, which clearly isn’t the case here.

He hasn't commented on it.
feck the FA Cup, can't we go and play some tournament in Brazil again? So only the FA cup to play for this season.
What a pity this was behind closed doors. This lot need to experience a toxic atmosphere from their own supporters.
It has already started. We are all in this group text for PL Fantasy. My Boss is Liverpool and I have a Spurs co-worker and 2 Chelsea. They have all been yapping. I told them I'm not going to work tomorrow because I need a mental health day. My Boss's reply : It won't be the last one this season.I foresee a smug and nauseating prick in your not-so-distant future.
For the next 6 monthsI want a 100% wage donation towards Rashford's campaign.
What do you want him to do ? We have enough problems with him and the team, dont make up shit thats not there !!Why is Ole smirking at the officials and Tottenham players?
And SAF before that
Saved some too. If he sprinted to Kane he would've made it 7 for example.
Oh behave.
Certainly were. And had a way of playing, and a shape. This team...The side he brought back up were enjoyable though.

If you squint your eyes at the scoreboard it looks like we’re winning 1-0
Never read what onion head had to say,( Edit) just did, my bad as they would say 25 yrs ago.Not sure if you twigged what I was referencing - the Graham Taylor “Do I not like that?” moment? Maybe too obscure
I thought that the toxic atmosphere ended when Jose was sacked.
Two proper wingers. A colossus at the back in Martin Buchan. Stuart Pearson banging the goals in. Lovely.Certainly were. And had a way of playing, and a shape. This team...
Have at least 11 different ones, with no players telling the next one what theirs is.Certainly were. And had a way of playing, and a shape. This team...
Enough with the Jose virus crap. It was silly then, and it's silly now.
Oh come on. What's at fault is Maguire's obvious 2 errors in that.
Pogba was a disgrace for the 5th and 6th goals. Maguire for the first 2 goals. Bailly for the 2nd and 3rd.
If Ole smiles in his post match interview, he needs to be sacked on the spot.
Who was better though? Our defence deserved negative ratings. Midfield was awful, attack none existent. At least he got those TV saves. The whole team top to bottom was tragic. His indecisive goalkeeping left us with a mountain to climb. That isn’t excusing Maguire or Shaw or a Bailly and doesn’t excuse our woeful midfield who were completely bypassed, but he has his part to share. A couple of TV saves doesn’t exculpate his mistakes which helped put us on that back foot and led to this absolute disgrace of a performance.
Exactly. A clear foul with the only intention being to stop an attack isn't necessarily a serious foul. It's a yellow, but it wasn't dangerous unless it was done in a way to harm a player or was reckless in a way even without intent. It’s not, serious foul play has to be considered endangering the opponent, which clearly isn’t the case here.
But he said he couldn't comment on United, and then tried to but it was all inarticulate babble. A bit like our performanceHe was on Sky Sports during half time and he was fecking fuming over this disgrace of a performance.
could have broken his leg... it was obviously on purpose and it was dangerousIt’s not, serious foul play has to be considered endangering the opponent, which clearly isn’t the case here.
No I don't. The fact that you're singling out Pogba for that characteristic (not that I agree) proves that it hasn't rubbed off on anyone hence why you're not labeling others with that same moniker. Otherwise he would be indistinguishable from the others regarding that attitude, and would therefore not lend himself to being labeled as THE virus. Why is it silly? His attitude and effort stink. Do you not think that rubs off on team mates especially younger players who might be naive enough to look up to him?

Weirdly probably not a bad shout. Probably deserves it for popping Lamela anyway. Imagine how embaressed his family must be at going down like that.
rashford can run the campaign in person. doesn't deserved to be picked at the momentFor the next 6 months
it was vicious and spiteful... that can be seen a serious foul play. but hey, i only refereed for five seasons
Regardless of what one may think about Ole-he is the last of our recent line of coaches Id suspect to take this lightly. One thing I never question about Ole is his pride for the club.If Ole smiles in his post match interview, he needs to be sacked on the spot.
can you imagine if Keano was in Ole's management team.. there would be bloodi feel physically ill and drained now. There is more of a spine in a jellyfish than our squad. I would absolutely love to be a fly in keanos gaff right now.
and you think there wasn't excessive force...Vicious and spiteful awesome.
But no.
Any player who lunges at an opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force or endangers the safety of an opponent is guilty of serious foul play.
Weird that it doesn't say anything about spiteful, and that you don't understand what serious foul play is, you refereed for 5 seasons and all.
There's no excessive force and he doesn't endanger the safety of the player, he sees that he can't get the ball so he takes him out. Is it cynical as feck? Obviously.
I see what you're saying, but unless it's a blatant mistake, you're kind of just blaming him for something that we have no idea would change under another keeper. I don't think you should blame a player based on that what if scenario. It should be based on actual evidence of a mistake. His indecisive goalkeeping left us with a mountain to climb. That isn’t excusing Maguire or Shaw or a Bailly and doesn’t excuse our woeful midfield who were completely bypassed, but he has his part to share.
