Spurs: Lloris (C); Walker, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose; Wanyama, Dembele; Eriksen, Dele, Son; Kane
Which is a shame because he always delivers in the big games.Even though Mata has been one of our best players, it still looks like Mourinho will never prefer him in tough games. No matter how good he plays he just isn't a Mourinho type player.
10/11 had Bailly instead of Rojo
On the bench. When Spurs' team is fit he doesn't get into their starting XI. Only played the start of the season while Dembele was suspended then at CB when Alderweireld was injured. Pretty sure Poch sees Wanyama and Dembele as his starting midfield. Is Dier playing?
Fellaini can slightly redeem himself if he chins Dier.
Looks good on paper but we have yet to see how it works out.If people cant see we are getting there ,finally, then they have agendas. Thats a good side, really is.
Rooney no longer a starter = great news. Miki integrated, finally, etc etc etc.
Sorry for Rawking it up, but next year.
Poor line up.
Darmian
2 holding midfielders
Spurs XI is strongest possible.
This could be a bad day

Yeah, Dier only played while Dembele was suspended at start of season and while Alderweireld was injured. Is Wanyama preferred to Dier for Spurs these days?
Tottenham's bench looks very average.
Two holding midfielders?
He's won't be playing #10.Decent side although I don't like Pogba as a number 10. Why have we in recent games suddenly dropped the man who has been our best player this season?
That sounds fantastic.Yes they do, but many also drinking a local moonshine concoction, which from what I can make out is a derivative of potato. Its like liquid mash potato and basically an unrefined vodka with very high alcoholic content which you can smell!
Seems to make them a bit psychotic .... lets see what happens when we score or if we lose!
So does their starting XI
This gets peddled every week despite the 4 of them playing very well together, how long until people accept this defence is doing just fine?Don't like the defence but the rest of the team looks good. We need more from Pogba and Herrera in attack today.
Carrick and Herrera...
Ok so Herrera may be pushed a little further ahead, but he is not very good attacking
At least Martial and Mkh play and always have a chance with Ibra
Bailly and LB aside, this is the strongest possible XI. Very pleased. Looking more and more like a Mourinho team.
Fully agree. Looks like a 433. A fully fit Bailly and Shaw may mean this is our best XI.
Rightly so IMO. Not impressed by Dier while Wanyama does a decent job.Is Wanyama preferred to Dier for Spurs these days?
He's been brilliant longer than a month!Mourinho can't seem to win with you. Seems like you just going to moan at whatever he does.
So who should he play ahead of Herrera, who has been brilliant the past month.
Robert Madley
