3-1 win and 3 points

    LOL.
Dude, have you seen us play?
Where are these 3 goals going to come from?

I asked a similar question in the Chelsea game thread, when people were saying we'd score 2 goals.
I wonder if fans are actually watching our games and understand that we can't score more than 1 goal a game.

Had Monk been at Swansea, we'd lose. Absolutely 100%.
However, without Monk I'm going for a draw. 1-1.

It might piss off the muppets, but I think United will win this, and hopefully it will kickstart a good January for us. And I hope January includes at least one intro in the transfers...
What is your breaking point charley? No jokes, just a serious question. What would it take for you to just say that the manager is the main problem and it is time for a change?

We've recovered a bit. Most people are back to predicting 0-0 again. It's a start.

New Year often brings surprises. Remember losing 4-1 at home to QPR?
    We might win this one.

If we can't beat fecking swansea at Old Trafford, and show a bit of attacking intent...

    De Gea
    Young Smalling Blind Darmian
    Schneiderlin Herrera
    Rooney Mata Memphis
    Martial
More what I want with a mixture of what LvG would do. Last week I thought I would be amazed if he was still our manager by the time this game came around, but at this point, nothing would surprise me.

I like that line up but Martial is looking pretty tasty on that left wing. Such a shame we haven't got a prolific striker!

    We should bash them 3-0.
If we play like against Chelsea it could happen. Martial double and Herrera.

No matter if LvG stays or not we need to get it going, and now.

The assumption you make is that LvG will see sense and play Morgan and Bastian in midfield. And play Herrera again. But this is LvG. We could be back to Fellaini and Carrick in midfield with Herrera on bench against Swansea

We'll win this only because of how pathetic Swansea are. LvG will win with his boring brand of footballing shit and then claim he is untouchable

50% of people think we will win this.
So, for this game, people are more optimistic, than our previous games.

I think we will win tbh. The side looked much better v Chelsea, not that we all want to admit it.

I have faith in Man Utd winning this one. At some point the bad streak should stop and with this being a home match against a 17th placed Swansea team, this should be the turning point.

Remembered this game, mostly for Prunier being a disaster.

Watching it again though, had forgotten Schmeichel basically couldn't move or kick it!

Even in a 4-1 defeat though, we still had more attack about us than in a month of this current lot!

That ruled out goal for Cole was a disgrace though. You never ever see those given as fouls! See Benteke v us, see every other overhead kick ever

If we get a first goal early, we could shockingly score 2 or more

    If it's 0-0 at halftime I don't think I could take it

We're gonna 0-0 these fools. But the players will show that they fight for the manager, so it's ok.

6 out of the 9 games in the league at Old Trafford have been 0-0 at half time, I don't expect anything else. It's too easy to play for a 0-0 against us this season and Swansea will take a draw. Teams just have to hold out for an hour/75mins and after that it's almost as if we give up trying to score.

Sadly you're right, this has been the case in the last year or so.

Well, it looks like LVG is our manager so I really don't expect much to change. I expect a 0-0. Yay.

    Team i'd like to see;

    De Gea
    Darmian Smalling Blind CJB
    Schneiderlin Herrera
    Mata
    Young Rooney Martial

Think Carrick/BFS slow us down too much.

LvG was always going to be safe over the festive period. 3 games in 7 days would never going to be a good time to bring in a new man. After this this game, though, we have a one week break. A loss and LvG is definitely gone. He might even get the boot if we draw. It's the perfect time for a new appointment before a winnable FA Cup game.

We will win in some borefest. Martial to turn it on and De Gea to be flawless. 1-0.

Your theory certainly makes sense but I hold no hope that he will be gone anytime soon. I think he'll go either when it's mathematically impossible for us to make top 4 or at the end of the season if we finish 4th.
