    So apparently both Shaw and Evans are doubts for this, along with Valencia. Might be too soon for Rojo to come into this game too. Probably going to be:

    Would prefer to see Januzaj ahead of Hernandez, but he isn't completely fit yet. Welbeck I'm guessing is still going to be out for a couple of weeks considering he had a hamstring injury I think. James ahead of Shaw if he's still out.

    I don't think he would be but I mean in the future we will have more defensive options, because as you said the squad looks bare when one defender is out.

    id nearly throw fellani in instead of hernandez. The possession game needs a strong guy who can hold the ball up and pass it.

    Think Januzaj coulld potentially be even better in the system, but Hernandez will almost certainly start given Januzaj isn't fit enough yet, Welbeck is injured and RVP just started training a week ago.
     
    Apparently we will be forced to play 2 youngsters in defense (Blackett and James) and Young on wingback. Not a good start for a campaign but I think we can manage.

    The front three worries me though. I don’t want to see Hernandez starting, it just doesn’t work with him and Rooney.

    i agree. hernandez is a poacher. hes not good in the loose
     
    Honestly, I get the impression Welbeck's injury isn't bad. Probably didn't play as a precaution. I think he'll play Saturday. Evans, Shaw and Valencia I have no idea, hopefully at least one of them will be able to play. I think Blackett's good enough to start, that's why Evans's not in my team. Don't think Van Gaal will trust James to start so I expect one of Shaw and Valencia to start.
     
    Think the partnership between Gomis/Bony (if he stays) could be prosperous for Swansea and dangerous for you, two very strong players with an eye for goal and good in the air. Decent test for your defenders.
     
    Hernandez doesn't fill me with confidence recently. It is like we play with 10 players unlike with Welbeck. Hopefully Welbz is fit for this.
     
    The forward three with Hernandez involved just isn't clicking. That could be rectified easily if you swap Hernandez for Januzaj if he's deemed fit enough by then should Van Persie not be ready yet.
