Subs Falcao after he wins a penalty, which might be the perfect time to repair his confidence. Then, after Rooney hasn't scored for eight games and his confidence is low, he gets himself two goals and looks set to really work himself into form and then LvG subs him, too.

Rooney's our best striker at the moment, no point in risking him getting injured when the game looks won.

Yeah, missed out Smalling. Played well despite a shaky start. Rooney was pretty poor today, goals aside, one of which was a cracking penalty.
