Rashford is not piss poor at all, he creates the first goal and has got into some excellent positions, he’s missed a couple of chances sure but he’s a massive threat.
Assist aside, he's been very poor. Struggling with the basics. Probably to be expected after being out for 5 months but Ighalo should be used later on in the second half if his poor form continues.

Decent overall, without hitting top gear. To be fair it’s freaky hot in Manchester right now. We need another early goal though, in this heat we want to spend the last 20 minutes strolling.

Matic has been unbelievable so far. So far his best performance in a red shirt and he's one of the first names on the team sheet for me now.

Also Greenwood HAS to start every game on the right and not James.

We could really do with any sort of Rashford goal in this second half. He hasn’t got it together yet since his injury, and we need him back in his pre-injury form for the rest of the season.

First quarter of an hour was terrific then we had that damn water break which disrupted the rhythm of our play and allowed Sheffield Utd to dictate a period of the game before the last 10 mins when we got that crucial 2nd goal at the perfect time.

Overall a good 45 mins minus that 10 minute period after the water break. Heart was in my mouth when Bruno was getting treated on the sidelines. He’s the last player in this team that we simply cannot afford to lose to injury, especially during this crucial run-in. If he has a slight niggle/knock, do not take any chances and just take him off. We should have at least 3 goals if Rashford had brought his football boots with him rather than his flip flops. Then again, can’t complain. We are playing well and winning comfortably which is what I was wanting.

More of the same please in the 2nd half.

Good game. Shaw has no idea what he is doing but apart from that I feel everyone has done we. Greenwood needs to get involved a bit more.
Shaw needs to move more for sure. He's too static. Too many times he gives a 5 yard ball to Rashford then stands still watching. He needs to be overlapping him and providing some width and space for Rashford when he cuts inside. That frustrates me so much.

First half was probably the worst 45 minutes of football Bruno has had for us. Misplaced passes and wrong passes. Almost as if he's trying to hard to impress now that Pogba's on the field.

Martial has had good movement in this game and he's been rewarded. Even on the second goal, even though he didn't move much, he made that little move to gain a yard of space just as AWB was crossing it. Keep that up. That's what I want to see from him.

Rashford, Rashford, Rashford    He just needs one to go in and it will start to click, but my lord, I would have scored that first one he missed. Nice assist on the first goal though.

Pogba has barely hit second gear and we're already bossing them around.

As I said, I reckon Ole gave him a good talking to and he seems to have listened. Needs to do it more often.

I think so, too. Hell, he even made a few runs in behind the defence when he felt a long ball was on. This is the main thing Martial’s been missing, more clever movement.

Martial is a player who I badly want to take it to the next level. In my head, he's an amazing footballer and just needs to score more goals. I don't know exactly what it is, but it always seems like he could be giving more or that he's holding back and coooould unleash if he really wanted to. I like him a lot, just want to see more goals like today! Even simple goals like just standing in the right place and slotting it away. We don't score enough of the simple, basic goals. Sliding it across the box and tapping it in.

Luke Shaw is also not good enough. He receives the ball and stands with it before passing it back.
He also isn’t overlapping but rather sticking to the center when we are trying to break them down.

Bruno is really class. What make him so is he basically knows what to do before he has the ball. Bruno and Pogba look tasty

Yep loving the balls in between the lines, and the lay offs, that little interplay ending with the rashford air kick was amazing.

Yep that was a glimpse of the Bruno and Pogba combo. Rashford missing two glit edged opportunities so far. Hopefully will find his bearings soon

Having Bruno and Pogba just changes how teams defend against us - for the second goal look how many players Bruno and Pogba suck towards them as the ball passes across the box, it leaves AWB one vs one.
I feel like people commenting about Matic suddenly bing good haven;t watched him play - in a possession heavy side (which we are today) he's awesome because he uses the ball so well. He is almost always progressive in how he plays people into space and that's why you have to play him at the base of a Pogba/Bruno against these types of teams.

He's been brilliant, always positive, always looking to play the ball in behind the defense.

He's dominating the midfield area along with Pogba. How anyone can say he's had a poor game is beyond me.

Everything positive through the middle has gone through Bruno. A few things haven't come off but plenty has and is no coincidence Sheffield United are trying to kick him off the ball when the can get near him.

Martial has had good movement in this game and he's been rewarded. Even on the second goal, even though he didn't move much, he made that little move to gain a yard of space just as AWB was crossing it. Keep that up. That's what I want to see from him.
His movement has been great but to be fair, the centre back pushed him in the build up to the second, that gave him the yard of space

No changes at half time, but Williams for Shaw, McTominay for Bruno and Pereira for Greenwood at 60. Providing Sheffield United haven't got themselves back in it.

Yep that was a glimpse of the Bruno and Pogba combo. Rashford missing two glit edged opportunities so far. Hopefully will find his bearings soon
Absolutely, all these attacking threats and having them on together is brilliant.
