Doesn't matter when you have people calling the shots in the VAR room, last game Vs you guys was one of those and last night it was shocking..
We’ve had it bad with var. Some horrendous decisions against us.

Didn't we field Falcao, RVP, Rooney, Di Maria etc in the early stages of LVG's reign. Although I hope this goes better.

We may have, I honestly don't remember.

But isn't Greenwood, Martial, Rashford, Pogba and Bruno even more attacking? Mctominay like to get forward on occasion too, but I'm guessing he's been told to reign it in somewhat.

It was that year or during Year Moyes, but Falcao was still recovering from his knee injury and Rooney was well past his prime, same could be said about RVP.

But this is United's current nuclear option and most promising attacking 5 in years, no question.

Definitely not, we signed Di Maria and Falcao under LVG. They only played for him.

Matic, Pogba & Bruno midfield, Greenwood replacing James. Lovely stuff.

Imo this is our strongest team at home.

Pogba and Greenwood both start whereas Lingard doesn’t make the bench. Good stuff

Mystic Meg in me sees Sheffield United dropping out of top 10 by season end.

Weirdly this is the first United home game I’ve watched live in this house, despite moving in close to four years ago. Feels very strange knowing they are playing a 1km down the road and I am not there.

Lvg only played all of them in 2 games if I am not wrong and in both games we score 3 plus goals (4-0 against qpr? And 5-3 loss to Leicester). I think the Leicester game made him defensive and we never played the same scintillating football ever again.

Jagielka is still playing? Should be a field day.

Also, congrats to Jack Robwell. Bench spot in the PL. Thank god, heard he was struggling to put food on the table.

And man we scored two really quality goals in the first half against Leicster and I thought we might be unstoppable.

Then we got hammered and conceded 5, Rafael was banished, and it all went to shit.

This looks good on paper. Best attacking 5 starting together for the first time. Let's see how the half goes.

This team should be able to execute Ole's vision!

Seems like the only things being leaked for this game are Souness’ pits

Loving this lineup, hoping we go out and hit it off right from the start. Happy to see James benched as - like against Spurs - this wouldn't be a game he would be useful in.

Arguably the strongest XI we can field, everyone getting giddy about the midfield and attack, yeah we're definitely going to flatter to deceive

    NO EXCUSES!

And I’m not blaming Ole if it goes wrong. This is the exact team I’d pick.

It’s up to the boys to get the job done and I’m fully behind them.

    C’mon Utd!!!
