This is on Pick, Freeview channel 11 btw for those of you in the UK that like me are Sky-less

I’m fully expecting us to ship goals here but I don’t care, just grateful to be in a position where going to old Trafford can be classed as a dead rubber just got to enjoy it
Shouldn't be so down, Sheffield had a great season and while it'll be a rough finish most likely (without fans, small squad but lots of games, loss of momentum, tough fixtures), you lot should still be pretty proud of the season. Next season can regroup, strengthen depth and get some more creativity to deal with the change in expectations, but they seem very well managed.

Not surprised in the midfield rotation, think Scott/Fred are better in the away games and will probably start at Norwich.

Couldn't be happier with the line up really, Bailly over Lindelof but I can see why Ole wants to keep the usual back 4 together.

Big game for Greenwood to prove he deserves to start over James!

Really looking forward to the match which usually means we will be awful and end up dropping points  :nervous:

Definitely proud it’s been incredible. It’s just a shame about the circumstances. I think it will be a rocky end to the season but no blade can be upset. We’ve been spoiled.

My hopes are high once again. Let's buck the trend of the past few years and actually perform eh?

Sheffield are a strong side so this will be harder than people think. Newcastle showed they could be hurt with 10 men though. Hope we can do the same against 11.

    Great lineup - super excited!

For some reason I thought kickoff was at 8pm.

    C'mon United!

I'll take a jammy Mousset goal but if fecking McGoldrick scores I don't know what I'll do. Good player and key in their system but never seen a striker at PL level so allergic to scoring. Not even Shane Long.

Very attacking line-up. Rotation was to be expected. Need a win here to keep any pressure on the top 4. Let's hope we come flying out as I'm dying to see some good football. The earlier game against Sheffield was infuriating too so I'm desperate for a win.

I’d put Joelinton up there, he cost actual money.

Exactly. But we have a great team out there. We can do this in style. Still very nervous

Have we fielded a more attacking lineup in any PL game post-Fergie than what we're seeing tonight?

No excuses tonight, have to win. Playing the line up all of us wanted to see against a deflated Sheff United side missing 3 of their best players.

Christ that montage of De Gea errors.

    Shocking
Had a debate with someone here that he did in fact cost us CL last season and is on the way costing us again. This montage was really really shocking and this wasn't even all of his mistakes since last season..

Didn't we field Falcao, RVP, Rooney, Di Maria etc in the early stages of LVG's reign. Although I hope this goes better.

Have to win or top 4 is gone

    Romero
    AWB Bailly Maguire Shaw
    Fred Pogba
    Greenwood Bruno Rashford
    Martial
Legit the strongest lineup, but no chance Ole was going to drop De Gea (hi didnt). Somewhat surprised to see Matic starting (unless he is magically in a great form after the break). At least Greenwood is starting. Hope he uses this opportunity. Shame that Lindelof is still starting (I think you had it right with giving Bailly a chance), despite playing a very lukewarm game against Spurs.

    Maguire... Will he wake up?

I looked at that for about 5 seconds trying to read it from bottom to top/top to bottom and couldn't figure out what the feck was going on!

 "Today Sheffield United are lining up in an unusual 3-3-3-1 formation, with the goalkeeper playing on the wing."

Sheffield United have thrived as underdogs all season. This is the most underdoggish they've been all season.

    They will be dogged.
