Yes, so I hear a lot from people who play FM more than they play football. Ultimately who the player is and how the game plays out will influence where that player ends up far more than which row they've been pictured in on a formation diagram. My post makes it fairly obvious that Pogba is a midfielder not a forward. The clue is the bit where I called him a midfielder.
The same is true of the image you've shown there. McTominay is obviously not going to be pushing ahead of Pogba, it would be totally out of character for both players. I don't think we will. Can see us setting up to start like Saturday, scoring one or two early on, and if we successfully manage that then we'll sit back and defend our lead.

He had way to much time and space in the first leg and dominated proceedings. Either Sanchez or Lingard will presumably be tasked with sticking close to him tonight.

Same. Lingard is suppose to help him this time.I don't know why people have an issue with Fellaini when he's been more consistent and less frustrating than Pogba this season. I don't expect loads of creativity from him, but he has a great first touch and has a good presence in the midfield, especially along side Matic. By that alone, it gives us a real presence in the midfield. Combine that with having Bailly in the back four, then we should have even better balance. I feel confident with this lineup.
