VAR must have checked it? On Norwegian telly they said that it wasn't a punishable handball. Looked like a clear handball to me as it rolled off his arm. Guess I just don't know the rules anymore.

This is exactly the kind of handball that is very much a handball in the spirit of the game! He pretty much intentionally used his arms to be able to control a pass. That's the handballiest handball imaginable.

I kind of disagree, the ball hit his arm which directly enabled him to create an assist. I wouldn't expect a penalty for it, but that's not the test.
