Wrong call on the offside for sure - which is frustrating.

In regards to our play, really wish we would swap our wide men. In a game like this having players that will go on the outside and be able to play crosses into the ball or at least make the pitch wider. Right now everything is so congested in the middle and we absolutely would open up some space if we would use the full width.

No it wasn’t, the pass didn’t go anywhere near him. It was for Fernandes. Defenders dodgy clearance is what got it to Weghorst.

The refs are gaslighting us with changing the offside rule game by game.
The Salah situation is exactly the same, but there the rules says it is fine because it changes direction from a defender, in this case now, it is somehow irrelevant that it changes direction from the defender.
