Imagine saying that about one of our youth players.A reminder that the likes of Fletcher didn't do anything spectacular when he came through the ranks into the first team and even prompted a rant from a certain Keano. I also thought he was rubbish but he ended up being a decent player for us and even carried us into a Champions League final (which he was unfortunately banned for).
Moral of the story, stop fecking moaning about youth players getting a chance. The reason they're youth players and not first team players is because they're inconsistent and more often than not poor at the top level until fully integrated into the team.
