Don't want to criticize Bastian much, but he has done nothing, absolutely nothing today. Except short, safe passes. I don't know if it's his fault or the managers. But i look at stats and see that Morgan attempted 15 long range passes and made 10 out of them. And that's clearly not what Morgan should be doing, now Bastian who was renowned for his passing range has only attempted 3 long passes and got 2 of them right.
That tells it all.

There was one dribble in the first half where he could have done better. The rest were just normal things that happen in football and he's worked hard all night to get back and forward.

As for your second point, it was complete nonsense. He's made 60 odd passes with a pass accuracy of just under 90%. Those are amazing numbers, especially when you consider about a third of them have been longer range diagonal balls.

Young with two decent crosses already. I know Memphis scored on Saturday and Young has to sometimes play full back but Young should be starting ahead of him when possible on the left wing position.
