It's silly to say De Gea isn't willing to risk getting injured to stop a goal when he literally risked (and sustained) injury trying to stop a goal in the very last game he played.

Fred needs to come off. So lucky not to be sent off. I don't necessarily think the headbutt was really a headbutt, yellow was fair there. Paredes put his face in fred first and you can excuse fred by swinging his head in a "get the feck off me" manner, so enough there to not get a red. But all the other tackles/fouls... lucky to not get a 2nd yellow. Needs to be subbed for Matic.
Would also take off Bruno for Pogba. Pogba is better with tighter control, Bruno is being muscled out quickly and not getting the time that Pogba would be able to make with what he's had. Bruno also looks a bit tired and just off.
