People do realise that it's the forwards that are injured not the defense. If we can get a couple of goals without conceding that would be amazing.

Im noticing a lot of people saying Bailly has the pace to deal with Mbappe but he doesn't. Mbappe is quicker than him both with and without the ball and the only difference Bailly's pace will make is that the fouls will be yellow card and not red card offences. I truly worry if we start with him and Mbappe turns up, it'll be a massacre, We don't have the ability to deal with him on song.
Yeah, if you want someone to deal with a quick forward one-on-one it’s Smalling you look for not Bailly.

Meunier is out. Forcing them to play 3 at the back.

Meunier doesn't play anyway, they are not forced to play with 3 at the back. PSG play a strange system where they switch from 3 to 4 at the back.

These PSG x Jordan Jumpman hoodies are fecking mint. I dont buy football related clothing, but they almost got me there. The rest of the collection other than kits is shit though

This feels like a proper CL night, unlike the last 5 years where all we had to look forward to was shite football

Was it 2004-2005 , when we went out of the group stage, and when Ronaldo, Rooney ( esp Ronaldo) could hardly score in the champions league..
Then in a year or two, Ronaldo blossomed and we went strength to strength, and finally won the whole thing in 2008..

Now with Ole in charge, and this new team coming up.. finally I am getting similar vibes with Martial, Rashford..

Let's do this, anything less than 6-0 would be disappointing.

Why don’t we all, just for once, stop trying to guess the outcome of the game or how it will pan out and just enjoy the football?

People seem to be underestimating PSG, even with their injuries and our recent defensive issues, they will be a threat and we need to avoid conceding an away goal.
Yeah I can't believe how underrated they are on here. I'm glad though, much prefer reading positive stuff than everyone expecting to get hammered.

I'm not very optimistic but we need a result tonight, a strong one, winning by at least 2 goals is needed given the context of the game.
Once the game starts and I can see with my own eyes that Ole has 2 players marking Mbappe at all time I'll grow more confident that we can smash them.

05/06. We got knocked out by Benfica.

I feel very optimistic, but it will be hard and Neymar/Cavani might be back for leg 2. Hopefully we can start with a win tonight.

I know right. I couldn't have dreamed I would be feeling like this a few months ago. Finally got a proper manager with us.

I preffer to start with the Lindelof - Jones partnership, Jones for all the stick he gets normally put round performances with the eventual brainfart mistake. But Bailly is not consistent, he is caple of having a great game one day and the day after playing like an amateur.

Smalling should start when fit, but right now it would be very risky to start him.
